In an open and friendly atmosphere, the Consortium members presented the progress, results and recommendations elaborated in SmaCS and discussed them with the Topic Manager. The comments and questions of the Topic Manager led to fruitful discussions.

The meeting was a success and marked the end of the project which was officially closed in July 2022 after three years of implementation.

The SmaCS project was funded by the Clean Sky 2 Joint Under taking, part of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme. The Consortium was made up of two key players in aeronautic camera systems and machine learning, OTONOMY AVIATION and VICOMTECH.

 The past three years were very productive, and the SmaCS team would like to thank the EC and Clean Sky’s Topic Manager for their positive feedback and support.
